The Great Grape Walk

                           
This is a very special walk - because most of the thirteen varieties of grapes grown in the vineyards here at Johnson Estate will be at some stage of ripeness!  Sample grapes on this walk with owner, Fred Johnson.  To be prepared to take advantage of the ripening grapes, guests will receive a grape basket and borrowed clippers so that they may each take home a variety of fresh grapes from the vineyards.  Enjoy wine tastings in the Tasting Room after this special walk. 

Reservations are recommended,
since the maximum capacity for this walk is sixteen people. 
If you have a large group (over 8 people),
please do call to discuss scheduling a private walk.  

Please wear appropriate walking shoes and outerwear.  Hard rain cancels this walk (with a refund of course), but the winery has umbrellas for light drizzles.  Children who happily walk for 60 minutes with their parents are welcome; we will have Concord grape juice for them at the end of the walk!
