Trio of Fortified Wines
Jeff Murphy, winemaker at Johnson Estate, introduced these fortified wines
to our repertoire nearly ten years ago. They are delicious before or after dinner. The Port pairs beautifully with salted nuts and chocolates, the Cream Sherry with nuts, caramel, and cinnamon.
The Maple Liqueur, the newest edition to the portfolio of fortified wines, is made using locally produced maple syrup and grape spirits. Perfect with French crepes for a dessert pairing.
