A PERFECT PAIRING
Chambourcin + Blueberry Concord Grape Tart
Our blueberries, just picked from our bushes outside, are begging to be put on top of a Blueberry Concord Grape Tart, which I describe this way: "Imagine a lemon tart with blueberries on top. Now swap the lemon custard for a concord grape custard". It is made with Concord grape pie filling from Grower's Grape Cooperative and is available in the winery. The tart is a perfect, maybe unexpected, pairing with Chambourcin; although off-dry, this wine is full of berry notes which complement the multiple berry flavors in the tart.

FLIGHT, OUTDOOR TASTINGS
FLIGHT, the Estate's outdoor venue, is now open again for its third summer. Thanks to suggestions of Josh McCord and other members of the FLIGHT team, we have expanded the menu at FLIGHT to give our customers more choices to please their palates. We think it is working and the Boards being prepared by our young kitchen staff, Adam, Efren, Jackson, and Lincoln are large enough for lunch! We hope that you can join us!
