BRUT ROSÉ - JUST RELEASED
Our winemaker has taken our superb Dry Rosé of Pinot Noir and used the traditional "méthode champenoise", or champagne method, to ferment it in the bottle and to create a new bubbly wine. This new jewel in our collection has just been added to our shelves, so if you are in the mood for bubbles, consider our new Brut Rosé. Fresh aromas of strawberry and raspberry lead to a nalanced palate full of fresh watermelon and even more berries and a crisp, dry finish. Its label has a pink diamond necklace and, as Fred Johnson notes, pink diamonds from Australia are the most rare diamond on earth, and this wine is indeed a special vintage in our portfolio of over forty wines. We hope that you can try it soon!

Your ticket price includes a variety of treats such as Concord grape tarts, mini quiches, savory crostini, and festive cookies. We will also be offering seasonal cocktails for guests to enjoy that feature our Estate-made wines and liqueurs, along with New York State-distilled spirits.
