THE DUCK
The real food includes Tasty Duck's delicious Peking Duck (you will roast it before the tasting begins) with bao buns and all of the sauces that go with it. Tasty Duck is two-generation famiy-owned business in PA, which processes and sells over 6 million ducks annually to restaurants around the globe.
THE WINES
Your choice of two or three wines:
Pinot Noir and Semi-Dry Riesling and our sparkling Brut Rosé.
THE PEOPLE
This "virtual party" will include Johnson Estate owners, Fred and Jennifer Johnson, along with Winemaker Jeff Murphy, Joe Jurgielewicz from Tasty Duck, and from Cornell, Daniel Van Der Vliet, Susan Hu (who will educate us about Chinese New Year celebrations, and Kaitlyn Mann.
ORDERING & SHIPPING NOTES:
Johnson Estate Winery and Tasty Duck/Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, Ltd. have assembled a special selection of wines and a DIY Peking Duck Meal Kit* for participants to savor. These will be mailed to you once you place your order and everyone will enjoy the meal together over Zoom at the time of the event. Instructions on how to prepare the duck will be sent by email. Note that the wine and duck will be shipped separately.

Open for tastings and purchases. We are happy to take orders by phone. Curbside delivery is always available if it is snowing and you'd rather not come in!
