Chautauqua County has many farmers who produce quality products from locally grown produce. These products include juice and concentrates from 100% Concord grapes, maple syrup, and honey - all found in this section..
This filling is traditionally used for grape pie, but it is also good swirled in cheesecake for an intense, grapey taste. Jennifer uses it to make this fresh blueberry tart!
