Tasting Notes
Fruity, floral aromas of ripe white peach, fresh apricot, cherry blossom, honeysuckle, and sweet almond oil with a satiny, vibrant, bone-dry medium body and a sleek, layered, medium-length shale, tart lemon gelée, and dewy grass finish with fine, fruit tannins and no oak. Highlights of minerality with notes of apple and quince. Light finish notes of toasted marshmallow.
