Handcrafted in the traditional "methode champenoise" from our own estate-grown Traminette grapes. Bright and fruity with intense aromas of passionfruit, guava and rose. The palate is crisp yet smooth with hints of citrus and lychee followed by a clean finish. Pairs beautifully with a variety of foods, including poultry, fish, smoked fish, fruits, and desserts.
