Harvest is well under-way - and on the press-deck the last of our estate-grown Chancellor grapes are being de-stemmed, crushed, and squeezed. On Monday we will harvest Riesling - and the new Riesling wine will be ready just in time for our Federweisser Riesling Celebration.
