A Taste of Germany - Small Plate Riesling Celebration

Harvest is well under-way - and on the press-deck the last of our estate-grown Chancellor grapes are being de-stemmed, crushed, and squeezed.  On Monday we will harvest Riesling - and the new Riesling wine will be ready just in time for our Federweisser Riesling Celebration.

Federweisser
(A light young new wine with alcohol level of 4-8%)
and
Zweilbelkuchen and Flammkuchen

(German & Alsatian pizzas)

Cheese & Charcuterie Platter including Chicken Liver Paté & Cornichons,
Yancey's Fancy XXX Cheddar with Apple Coriander Sauce, 
Cheeses by Reverie Creamery,
Wine pairings include Federweisser, Black Locust Dry Riesling, Dry Riesling,
Semi-Dry Riesling & Sweet Riesling
