AT THE ESTATE
We've been talking about it for many weeks.
FLIGHT, our new outdoors venue for food and wine pairings managed by Chef Andrew Smith, is officially open! Hours are 11am to 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 11am - 3pm on Sundays.
Weather permitting, of course, as the seating with umbrellas for guests is "in the vineyards"!
The FLIGHT menu features flights of favorite wines (over a dozen offered by the glass as well) plus curated cheese and charcuterie boards featuring seasonal and local fruits, nuts, and other tasty treats to pair with those wines. Here's the menu and we hope that you are able to join us soon!

Offered three Sundays in August, these self-guided walks are followed by a flight of three wines
and small pairings - a perfect introduction to Johnson Estate.
