Good afternoon - Mother Nature surprised us last week with a blanket of snow - what's it doing to the daffodils?!   Fred says that they are fine!
                                                            
But spring is coming - and that's the time for May Wine!   Our winemaker, Jeff Murphy, makes the seasonal May Wine with estate-grown Vidal Blanc grapes and was inspired by the star feature of Germany's annual spring celebrations -  a bubbly white wine punch, often served with strawberries and infused with dried sweet woodruff (what's that?). While you may put it in your wine cellar, our May Wine really is at its best when consumed during its first year.  We release it in the spring and as a popular favorites, it is generally sold out by fall.
