It was Andy Smith, our Food Service Manager pictured above, who suggested that three semi-dry white wines would be perfect for hot summer days at our outdoor tasting venue, FLIGHT.  Yes!  While the weather has been stunningly delightful here in WNY the last few weeks (until today!) - these wines are not too sweet, not to dry;
enjoyable with or without food and perfect on your summer menu and in your cooler.
