WINE CLUB     WINES:  RED,  WHITE,  MAY

Your daffodils might be long gone - but ours here in Western NY are still in their prime.  Spring finally arrived with a vengeance just after Easter, with flowers and trees turning green all at once. Seems a perfect time to  celebrate the season with the new release of our May Wine - and a new vintage of Pinot Noir. 

             
                    
Our winemaker, Jeff Murphy, makes the seasonal May Wine with estate-grown Vidal Blanc grapes and was inspired by the main feature of Germany's annual spring celebrations -  a bubbly white wine punch, often served with strawberries and infused with dried sweet woodruff.  My German friend likes to call it "MaiWein in a bottle". 

While the MAY Wine Dinner is SOLD OUT; spaces are still available for our June 3, Romance in France - we will be working on the menu for that dinner next week!  We are also working on our outdoor tasting venue, FLIGHT, and if all goes well, plan to open Memorial Day Weekend.
