• Bright Steel Chardonnay - an unoaked, dry, and fruity Chardonnay with subtle middle notes of orange citrus.
   
• Dry Rosé of Pinot Noir - a traditional French-style rosé that is lightly tannic and crisp.
   
• Hand-Picked Seyval Blanc - refreshing with intriguing aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit, and notes of freshly cut grass along with flavors of citrus and apple.
   
• Proprietor's Red - a soft, smooth, and slightly sweet red blend that is excellent when served lightly chilled. Made from Concord, Maréchal Foch, and Delaware grapes.
   
• Solstice Sangria - this sweet blend is made with estate-grown Concord grapes and natural fruit juice and essences. Notes of citrus, berries, and tropical passion fruit.

Our outdoor venue, FLIGHT, is now open extended hours in July and August! We have added Savor the Sunset hours from 5:00pm until 8:30pm evenings on Wednesdays and Thursdays!. Our proximity to Lake Erie makes the sunsets in our area truly spectacular - why not see for yourself? Complete summer hours are below. FLIGHT will remain open through mid-October, weather permitting.

Fridays through Mondays - 11:00am until 5:00pm
Wednesdays & Thursdays - 5:00pm until 8:30pm in July & August
