Winemaker Jeff Murphy never stops exploring how to make our wines the best that they can be. This is a small 2019 vintage of Seyval Blanc - made from Estate-grown, hand-picked grapes. These grapes were immediately frozen and then later, thawed and fermented in stainless steel tanks - a process that can enhance and preserve natural flavors and aromas.
Crisp; intriguing aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and notes of freshly cut grass. Flavors of citrus and apple follow with subtle notes of peach and vanilla on the finish.
A good dry wine to pair with salmon and other fish, chicken and duck and soft cheeses.
