Last week, we forgot to include this image of our French Crêpe Kits along with the crêpes and Maple Liqueur. Yes, these kits include both regular white and buckwheat flour, for those who are eating gluten-free, as well as the fancy nuts to sprinkle on top. The kit includes everything you need except the butter and milk.....a great gift for birthdays or Easter, which is just one month away. We hope that you can join us!

And if you are nearby, we'll have freshly--made crêpes in the Tasting Room on March 18-19 and March 25-26 to celebrate Maple Weekends (11am-4pm).  Pairings will be just $5/person and Wine Club members will enjoy a free pairing.


One year, some years ago, we had an open house with appetizers to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Jennifer tried to think of green food pairings. Like White Bean Hummus with Green Peas (pair with Dry or Semi-Dry Riesling). Or Socca Pizza with Ramp Pesto (I still have a jar or two in the freezer from last spring - because the ramps aren't ready in this part of the world until next month!) - great with Pinot NoirFounders' Red or Chautauqua Rouge. Unless you prefer beer - which is okay!


       I'd like to say that "spring has sprung" in Western New York, but I'd be lying. The temperature today might have reached 40 degrees with the sunshine, but we're still wearing winter coats and warm meals like stews and soups still sound good! Our new vintage of new Pinot Noir is on the shelves and our dry and off-dry reds are the perfect dinner wine. 

As a reminder, we offer free shipping on orders in multiples of 12 bottles (750mL and 375mL sizes) to our customers East of the Mississippi, and in multiples of six or twelve bottles to our customers in Ohio, New York and Pennsylvania. Customers who live West of the Mississippi enjoy half-priced shipping on orders in multiples of 12 bottles
(750mL and 375mL sizes).
