ABOUT US RED WHITE ROSÉ
AT THE ESTATE
We've been saying all spring that the grape vines don't know that there is a pandemic - and thus, the farm staff is rightfully busy with the season's normal activities - which include planting new vines, repairing posts and wires, and tying the fast-growing vines to wires. Bottling continues in the winery and we are working on the label design for a new sparkling Pink Catawba which our winemaker, Jeff Murphy, will be releasing soon. But, now, it's time to chill that rosé to celebrate National Rosé Day on Saturday.

STILL TIME TO SEND WINE TO DAD
For Father's Day, we always think of Founders' Red, named for Frederick S. Johnson Sr., the Founder of the winery, and HIS father, Frederick William who purchased the farm in the early 1900's. And maybe add Happy Hour in a Box - start with your favorite wine and then add we add the recommended cheese, crackers, and depending on the box, other treats including Beef Summer Sausage pictured above. We are delighted to be partnering with Reverie Creamery in Mayville, NY and can include their award-winning Tom or Gitane cheese. Learn more...
