RED WHITE ROSÊ/BLUSH DESSERT
Brut
Our traditional, European-style Brut is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Estate-
grown grapes with "in-the-bottle" fermentation, "la methode champenoise". This is an elegant and dry sparkling wine and very easy to drink.
Brut Rosé * JUST RELEASED *
Fred read that pink diamonds, mostly from Australia, are amongst the most rare and expensive in the world. So, of course, we had to create a label that featured this special stone in our latest sparkling wine, Brut Rosé, made from our Estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes. A soft but still crisp and elegant sparkling wine with fruity flavors, it is the perfect wine for those special celebrations.
 
Sparkling Traminette
We were honored to learn this summer that our Sparkling Traminette was selected to be part of Cornell Alumni Association's sixth annual Cornell Alumni Wine Collection. Wines in these annual collections are produced by wineries owned by Cornell alumni. The 2023 Collection was the first to include a sparkling wine - our Sparkling Traminette!
The good news/bad news is that the collection was released in mid-November, and before Jennifer could send an email to our Cornell friends, the Sparkling Traminette had "SOLD OUT". In just three days! Yes, we have plenty of the same vintage with its traditional label, for you to celebrate this story with us!
The Queen's Catawba
Here's the sweet sparkling wine in the winery's portfolio. A sweet, tangy, and bubbly pink Catawba wine, The Queen's Catawba was inspired by America's first "champagne", produced in the 1800's by Nicolas Longworth of Cincinnati.
RED WINES FOR THE TABLE OR THE CELLAR
Red wines, and beef stew - both pair well with cold weather! And red wines make great gifts. Our GOLD medal Founders' Red, named for Johnson Estate's forebears, is one good choice. It is smooth and delicious and a reminder that our dry red wines, like many, age very well. Order our Freelings Creek Reserve Reds for our cellar or theirs!
