Federweisser, A German Riesling Celebration

Celebrate the harvest as they do in Germany with pairings of Federweisser and Zwielbelkuchen. Federweisser, or "feather-white" in German, refers to a young, slightly fermented white grape juice. This delicious cold beverage is often served with Zwielbelkuchen, an onion pie or tart. Different regions of Germany favor different versions of this traditional dish - similar to American onion quiche or to onion pizza.

From 1PM until 6PM, we will be offering a flight of our four Rieslings, Riesling juice, AND a tasting of Federweisser from our fermentation tanks paired with a sample of onion pizza, all for just $10! No reservations necessary. Available until sold out.
