Join us for an unforgettable Candlelight Dinner on March 7 at 7 PM in our historic tasting room as we celebrate the release of a truly extraordinary wine — our Sparkling Rosé Ice Wine, the only Méthode Champenoise Ice Wine produced in North America.

This intimate evening will feature:
A beautifully curated dinner served by candlelight featuring multiple pairings of Johnson Estate Wines. 
Live music by Mark Wilson
A featured pairing of our Sparkling Rosé Ice Wine

The Menu: 

 Welcome Hors D'Oeuvres:
A Collection of Toasted & Warm Crostini:
Smoked Alpen Cheese & Bacon
Chives, Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Ham
Oregano Pesto & Zucchini
Mushroom, Onions, & Alpen Cheese
Warm Cheese Gougeres
Brut Rose or wine of choice

First Course:
Sweet Pea Soup with Lemon Crème Fraiche & Bacon + Chardonnay
Seyval Blanc or Vidal Blanc

Main Course:
Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Reduction Sauce & Wild Rice & Dried Cranberries, and Maple Glazed Carrots. 
Pinot Noir or Dry Rose of Pinot
 

     Salad: 
     Arugula & Mixed Greens w Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese, & Pumpkin Seeds & Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette
     Sparkling Traminette

      Dessert: 
      Mini-Pavlovas with California strawberries/coulis, Whipped Cream, & Roasted Pistachios
      Sparkling Rose Ice Wine
