Chambourcin Ice Wine

Chambourcin Ice Wine
Estate-Grown, New Release

This 2021 vintage of our red ice wine, made from Chambourcin grapes, has fresh but light berry notes with good acidity. A medium red/rosé colored ice wine with slight apple and cherry notes, in addition to the traditional berry ones.

Capped with a Vino-lok glass cork. Nice affinity when paired with chocolate, walnut and/or cinnamon flavored dessert items. Delicious served with nuts and cheeses.

2017 Vintage: 91 Points, GOLD-Exceptional, and Best Buy by Tastings.com, September 2018.
Brick red color. Fruity aromas of spiced orange peels, fruit punch, bergamot, sugared strawberries, honey, and rainbow sherbet with a syrupy, lively, very sweet light-to-medium body and a smooth, nuanced, medium-long pear cordial, bananas in whipped honey spread, and tart apple candy finish with silky tannins. A very pleasant ice wine with vibrant acidity and honeyed charm.
