Winemaker Jeff Murphy never stops exploring how to make our wines the best that they can be. This is a small 2025 vintage of Seyval Blanc - made from Estate-grown, hand-picked grapes. These grapes were immediately frozen and then later, thawed and fermented in stainless steel tanks - a process that can enhance and preserve natural flavors and aromas. 

Crisp; Intense nose of grapefruit, passionfruit with background notes of guava. Palate of lime, lime zest and grape fruit.  Mouth watering finish of more citrus. 

A good dry wine to pair with salmon and other fish, chicken, duck, and soft cheeses.
