This vintage marries Vidal Blanc and Chambourcin, transformed through traditional bottle fermentation into a wine with fine, mousse-like bubbles and remarkable depth. The palate reveals rich, concentrated notes of strawberry and raisin, lifted and balanced by its elegant effervescence.
While a 375ml bottle of still ice wine is often shared sparingly, this one rarely lasts long.
