This vintage of 2016 Vintner's Select Cabernet Sauvignon was released in May 2018. Made from Long Island Cabernet grapes, the juice is fermented on the skins and and then aged for one year in Bulgarian oak barrels.
Full-bodied, dry with high tannins, and gently oak-aged with flavors of currant and black cherry. Long finish.
An off-dry wine with a light red ruby color and abundant berry-cherry aromas and a dry finish.
Named in honor of the two founders of the farm and the winery, both named Fred Johnson. A dry red blend with black fruit and chocolate notes. Fruit forward, medium body, fine tannins, and light oak.

Dry to semi-dry red, soft and mellow. A bright, berry-like fruitiness that is prominent in the nose and the taste of the wine.
