Duck & bacon sweet corn wontons w/ sweet chili glaze

Cajun crab and corn chowder with toast points
Dry Riesling

Roasted beet and goat cheese salad, drizzled with balsamic reduction

Pan seared elk medallions over root vegetables with a compound honey and rosemary butter
