Blueberry Concord Grape Tart

This recipe uses Concord grape filling made by our local
Grower's Grape Cooperative
and is for sale in the winery and on our website.
You are right to pause - Chambourcin is a off-dry red wine -
but it pairs beautifully with this dessert due to its multiple
and complementary berry flavors.
You could also try it with Concord or Ives.
